Manage 200+ Amazon Associates in a Reverse Logistics facility; being the embodiment of Amazon’s 16 leadership principles. Have lead the most productive shifts on my site by engaging with associates; educating them on the goals and standards required of them; and coaching them to success. I also am the site’s Sustainability Ambassador and coordinate, and deliver on the many Sustainability projects assigned to me as Amazon works to deliver on their Zero Carbon Pledge by 2040. Implemented Fluid Loading at our site; in an effort to increase our cube utilization. As a result delivered a 125% increase YOY from 2021 to present day. Responsible for establishing and forming our Back Half Nights team from the ground up as our site converted from a Pantry Site to a Reverse Logistics facility and created the most productive shift at the site. Moving to day shift in February 2022, I was able to bring that shift into the most productive spot as well.
