Served in the office of the Senior Director, coordinating events, supervision support for all briefs and maintaining ambitious delivery schedules.(October 2014-December 2015)Coordinated high-level sessions for international leaders at the Knowledge Management Forum and the Global Leadership Forum.(January 2015 – March 2016)SELECT ACHIEVEMENTS- Managed the Global Youth Forum including logistics, travel for more than 100 participants involving protocol and visas, budget of USD 400K+ and supervision of a dozen team members. Directed art and content for more than 30 pieces of signage, materials and partnership communications. Co-created the conference agenda and helped shape substance of individual sessions.(Springs 2015 and 2016) Coordinated four consultations for the Global Tax Team attended by high-level ministerial regional and international leaders. First: October 2015 during the Annual meetings in DC [40-50 people]; Second: November 2015 in Washington DC on Tax Transfer Pricing [35 people]; Third: April 2016 Regional Consultations, Dar es Salaam, Tanzania [40-45 people]; Fourth: June 2016 Regional / Global Consultation, Seoul, Korea [40 – 50 people].
