I specialize in identifying, attracting, and engaging top-tier talent for ERM’s diverse and impactful projects across North America, leveraging my strengths in research, communication, and strategic decision-making.In my current role, I manage full-cycle recruitment for executive-level hires across multiple service lines, across states. I bring a strong academic foundation and a passion for recruiting technical profiles, thriving in in-depth screening and technical talent conversations.Outside of work, I spend my time running long distances on mountain trails, reading about Antarctica and marine biology, and striving to lead a low-carbon lifestyle!
