ABOUT ROBERTA FLACK
I have been working as an audiologist for over 20 years, primarily focusing on improving my clients\' hearing and communication abilities. During my time as a Regional Sales Director, I managed 16 clinics and a team of over 40 staff members. In this role, I oversaw the day-to-day operations and sales of the clinics and assessed their capacity, conversion rates, and overall demand within the district. In the past 5 years, I have also expanded my focus to coaching and training. I have developed a passion for helping individuals reach their full potential. By aligning the organization\'s vision and goals with the values, beliefs, and thoughts of the clinicians, we can unlock new possibilities. I find great fulfillment in being a partner in this journey of discovery.
