ABOUT ROBERTA BOMPENSA
I undertook diplomatic studies and later specialized in human rights and humanitarian law at the Geneva Academy of International Humanitarian Law and Human Rights. I started my professional experiences in the field of international cooperation and in the field of human rights with local public authorities (eg Sector Equal Opportunities of the Municipality of Forlì) and International NGOs (eg VIDES International and IIMA Human Rights Office). Subsequently I dedicated myself to the community funds sector providing technical assistance services to public bodies and SMEs. Transversal were the teaching activities on various European funding programs (Horizon, Cosme, etc.), as well as on project management techniques and drafting of European projects, also within the framework of the program financed by the Lazio Region \"Torno Subito\". I am qualified as an Innovation manager at Mise, and in the role of supporting both SMEs and large companies in the design and implementation of digital transformation and innovation 4.0 projects.
