ABOUT ROBERTA BALLARINI

Always part of international organizations, I’ve developed the knowledge to manage local and remote teams, in complex environments (manufacturing, warehouses and headquarters), to work proactively and stay always focus on results. The strong methodologies learned in pharmaceutical environment allow me to deploy high reliable services.I developed management and organizational skills, ability to report and interface with business, convinced that IT can lead and support business innovation. The daily work allowed me to develop sense of urgency, to use problem solving techniques; and the knowledge of project/program management (both Waterfall and Agile) helped me to keep always under control the key elements of a project combining agility and DevOps techniques. I’ve been part of merge and acquisitions, operation and projects, defining the strategy for the legacy systems taking advantage on new technologies or archiving and decommissioning. The key elements that lead my working experience are process knowledge, compliance (GDPR, SOX, GMP) and the ability to develop people and create a collaborative environment.I normally work with all the key business stakeholders and I maintain high professional standards looking for development opportunities for myself and my team.I have led both large and small teams and worked in pharma and mechanical companies and across different areas of each business (manufacturing, distribution center, order to cash). I daily work with key business stakeholders, program and project managers, business and IT team members. I maintain high professional standards and I continually look for opportunities to develop myself and others.
