With over 10 years of experience in global benefits management, I lead the Total Rewards function at FARO Technologies, a world leader in 3D measurement and imaging solutions. My team and I design, implement, and administer competitive and equitable compensation and benefits programs for over 1,500 employees in 27 countries, aligned with the company\'s vision and values.I also oversee the HRIS, HR Ops, and Payroll functions, ensuring data integrity, compliance, and efficiency.
