Which encompasses Construction/Steel/Parts/Shipping.My primary focus with (HCI) is on consultative business development analysis within Hyundai Motor America\'s (HMA) dealer franchised groups in WI/MN/MI/IL/ND/SD/IA/NE.Utilize a collaborative approach to partner with and develop a strategic direction for the Hyundai franchised dealer to ensure consistency,compliance and performance to drive revenue growth.Counsel and partner with our dealer clients on the underwriting and reinsurance capability of Hyundai to maximize the true profit potential and minimize the risk(s) associated with sale of reinsurance products as well as leveraging and managing the tax related issues with such investments/options.(NCFC/CFC/PORC/Retrospective/DO and AO) Programs.Create and design performance driven compensation plans to increase product pen rate to meet client expectations and current market conditions for all revenue producing departments in the dealership.Maintain strategic alliances with the Hyundai dealer franchise network with an emphasis on management and long term client partnerships.
