With over two decades of service, I have commanded every division within a full-service department, encompassing operations, investigations, specialized support services, and administrative functions.My career reflects a commitment to public safety and community engagement, having begun as a teen volunteer before rising through the ranks—from Police Cadet to my current role as Deputy Chief. My executive leadership experience includes organizational strategy, managing grants, overseeing contractual services, labor relations and technology integration, all while upholding the values of dedication, leadership, and service to the community. It’s a privilege to continue serving the Glendale community, where I’ve spent my entire career building trust and ensuring the safety of those we serve.
