As a Special Deputy United States Marshal, participates in Federal investigations; often as lead case agent. Provides technical and operational assistance to other law enforcement agencies.Uses sound judgment to develop a proper course of action in ambiguous, stressful, or emergent situations.Applies knowledge of policies, statutes, case law, and criminal procedure in all phases of investigations.Utilizes a wide range of investigative methods to obtain admissible evidence.
