Forecast & cap plans review to ensure we are meeting staffing across all clients and lines of business. Alignment with client, operations and finance on all forecasts and hours caps. Aligns with operations on financial planning and ensuring clients needs and concerns are included in invoicing. Plan and execute all WBR, MBR and QBRs for all clients and LOBs. Meeting 1:1 with day to day clients and handling requests and escalations Coordinating any security/compliance assessments. Oversee all special requests from clients. POC for new launches and ramps regarding questions and updates needed from the client.
