I have a degree in Business Management and a degree in Supply Chain Management. I also have diplomas in Supply Management and Transportation & Logistics.I have over 10 years experience in Concessions companies with 9 years at Delaware North at Miller Park and 7+ years at Levy Restaurants at Bradley Center and Fiserv Forum. The last 3+ years have been in Purchasing. I am familiar with Quest, MICROS, Appetize and Bypass POS systems.I have worked several different types of events such as NASCAR, IndyCar, Major League Baseball, NCAA Baseball, NFL Football, NCAA Football, AHL Hockey, NBA Basketball, NCAA Basketball, PGA & USGA Golf events, US Open Tennis, WWE, Summerfest and many concerts and other special events. I feel I could bring a lot to an organization with the different types of events I have had the privilege of working.
