As a Field Service & Support Engineer, my job duties include variety of tasks including commissioning, training, and technical support activities for Grass Valley customers worldwide. Our customers range from small market television stations to the largest television networks and television production companies. Duties include:* Delivering technical support to Grass Valley\'s customers onsite, via telephone, and through remote access tools* Resolving performance issues with Grass Valley hardware and software products* Providing on-site product commissioning services, and technical/operational training* Deliver customer facing telephone support using Grass Valley\'s internal CRM systems to log technical cases, escalate cases as necessary, and document case resolution
