ABOUT ROBERT WHITE

I have been a Business Intelligence and Data specialist for more than 27 years using predominantly the Kimball and Inmon methodologies.I have designed, developed and delivered BI strategy, recruited, managed and worked with teams in both a virtual and office based environment. This includes management, peer review, mentoring and working with colleagues from various suppliers ensuring the delivery of projects to time and budget using traditional project controls as well as Agile methodologies. This has often involved working with colleagues in India, Malaysia, USA and the Netherlands in development and operational environments. My core skills are Data Architecture, Management and Design in cloud, hybrid-cloud and on-premises landscapes; I have worked with multiple cloud providers and designed big data platforms in Azure and AWS. I have end-to-end project experience ranging from leading the team using Agile methodologies, requirement gathering, analysis, solution architecture, ETL design, data modelling, engineering and report writing.
