I am pleased to announce that I have joined Royer Advisors and Accountants as Executive Vice President and Director of Advisory Services.I bring twenty five years of commercial banking and healthcare finance experience to the Royer team. Most recently I was the Director of Dental Banking for a Maine Community Bank. I have been fortunate to work with many private practice business owners over the course of my banking career, and have the experience to help with: Business planning (growth/transition/succession), practice acquisition, buyer representation, business valuation, project management, new office construction, vendor management, finance strategy, and many other aspects of practice finance. I believe in the legacy of private practice medical care and I have worked closely with doctors at all stages of their careers. My goal is to help provide private practice owners with the resources to independently grow their business, support their family and secure their financial future.
