Over 35 years experience in the Oil & Gas sector. Initially worked as an instrument engineer, then progressed through project engineering, operations support, maintenance management, engineering management in the UK. Spent 5 years in a lead project engineering role in Russia. Most recent role was Portfolio Delivery Manager for several major offshore projects in Trinidad and Tobago, but based in Houston Texas, USA. Currently, I\'m the General Manager for Platforms with Aquaterra Energy Ltd, overseeing Epci projects installing offshore platforms around the globe for the energy sector, focusing on minimum facilities, locally fabricated and installable by drilling rigs / lift boats.I am well versed in all key project management skills through kick off, execution and close out: Budget and schedule management; Risk Management; Management of Change; Incident Investigation; Meeting Presentations and Minutes; Weekly and monthly reporting; Liaison with Clients, third parties and internal departments.
