As a Plant Manager I have direct responsibility for safety, quality and productivity of my current manufacturing facility. My experience of 10 years has equipped me the expertise and knowledge to oversee these responsibilities in the most efficient way possible. I have developed a systematic approach to this role to ensure results. Operational knowledge coupled with my mechanical and industrial engineering background has offered my current company the best of both worlds. A driven operational leader combined with a highly technical engineering mind.
