A proud Park City native who comes from a long line of realtors, Robert Wallace knows a great deal about the communities and properties in Park City and Salt Lake City. Robert\'s passion for real estate was fostered at a young age by helping his father build spec homes and following his mother as a top producing real estate agent in Utah’s premier ski town, Park City. Robert’s enthusiasm for the business, his strong market knowledge, and his exceptional people skills bring a distinct level of professionalism and customer service to the clients he serves.Prior to real estate, Robert was both a loan underwriter, as well as a corporate recruiter in San Diego’s healthcare industry. The knowledge and experience he gained in these roles have proven invaluable for buyers and sellers, providing for them a better understanding of the mortgage process and guidance through each phase of the real estate process. Whether moving on from a family home of many years or purchasing a dream home, Robert has the expertise to help his clients no matter what the circumstance. Achieving success for his clients by exceeding their expectations is Robert’s primary goal, which he believes comes from building and maintaining good relationships.For Robert, the most satisfying aspect of working in real estate is the many opportunities he’s had to help people better their lives. When he’s not driving around town showing homes or meeting new people, he enjoys snowboarding, camping, and hiking in southern Utah with family and friends. He also volunteers his time advocating for children’s best interests in the Utah foster care system.
