I’ve spent almost three decades in the software development industry as an ERP finance functional consultant, training manager, customer care manager, and trainer. Sr. Implementation Consultant since 2013 with the Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 and D365 and have six full life-cycle implementations and three conversions into existing AX2012 project. Managed multiple concurrent projects, working with customers through all phases of project implementation including As-Is functionality, business requirement specifications, fit/gap analysis, functional design documents, conference room pilots/validation testing with client, user training, training documentation, and support go-live rollout. Have utilized Microsoft DevOps for bugs and enhancements, Microsoft LCS for a business process modeler, and Microsoft SharePoint for document storage. Areas of expertise include general ledger, consolidations, foreign currency, budget control, cash & bank management, accounts receivable, credit & collections, sales tax, procurement, accounts payable, fixed assets, workflows, data management, including organizational and finance modules configuration/setup, with functional knowledge of the Project Accounting module. Worked with all levels of public sector clients ranging from City, County and State agencies, Special Districts, school district food service departments, adult education centers, and Regional Occupational Programs (ROPs), as well as various private sector clients. Additionally, I’ve worked as a consultant with the service industry and the manufacturing sector. In addition to my ERP expertise, I have many years of business acumen in accounting, finance, management, and Information Technology, with 6 of those years as a Controller. Areas of responsibilities included strategic planning, budgeting, budget/forecast variance analysis, journal entries, month-end and year-end financial closings, financial statements reporting, custom report building, supervision of accounting department staff, and oversight of payroll, human resources, accounts payable/receivable, and transportation departments. I have a proven track record in effective management, leadership skills, and in building motivated, dependable work teams. I was responsible for a $100 Million budget for a Fortune 100 company. Self-directed team player with excellent communication skills, both oral and written. Build strong client relationships, communicating effectively throughout all levels of an organization.
