2018 to 2025, I held the position of Project Manager for public works and private commercial construction. Such as new retail shopping centers, office buildings, DSA school remodels, and hotels. Oversee project superintendents, draft and execute contracts/purchase orders, budgets, submittal review, CPM schedule (Primavera 6 & Microsoft Project) monthly billing, time and materials, change orders, facilitate owners meetings, work closely with architects and engineers.10 years experience as a project superintendent for commercial construction for various general contractors. Including new retail, office buildings, cold storage facility and several tenant improvements. 10 years of experience in commercial steel stud framing. I supervised, large production crews for schools, office buildings and other commercial construction projects.I served 7 years in the Fire Restoration, Water Mitigation and Mold Remediation field. I have worked on multiple large loss projects, KAT projects such as Hurricane Isaac and Sandy, Tropical Storm Fay, and tornado damaged hotels throughout the south and mid west. I served as Senior Project Manger/Operations Manager for a Fire and Water Damage mitigation and restoration contractor for 2 years in the Los Angeles area. I am a fully licensed and insured general contractor.

   Oversaw all subcontractors and their crews for new construction on a $6.5 million retail shopping center at Riverlakes Galleria (4 building shells). Review of all submittal packages. Assisted in drafting subcontractor contract agreements. Drafted 3 week look ahead schedule weekly, which was handed out to all subs at weekly subcontractor meetings. Scheduled all sub-trades, their work and all inspections. Drafted all RFI’s, enforced codes, quality control and OSHA safety standards. This project was completed on time and under budget.
