With over 20 years of expertise in Sales and Recruiting, my career began with a commitment to service as an infantryman in the U.S. Army, where I gained invaluable skills in adaptability, discipline, and mission-focused execution over five years. As a veteran, I transitioned into direct business-to-business sales, later running my own business, further developing my leadership and entrepreneurial skills. My journey in recruiting started in healthcare, where I did full-cycle recruitment and account management. After a few years, I transitioned into partnering with organizations nationwide to enhance or establish veteran hiring initiatives. My roles have encompassed sales management, training, event management, program/project management, and recruiting, while collaborating with national organizations to design effective veteran outreach and hiring programs. Most recently, I managed NVEST – DE & I and Military Engagement team here at KellyOCG, RPO for several years. Moving into a strategist role and currently assisting our clients and Kelly Services as an enterprise with military and community outreach and engagement nationwide, and future global engagements.
