   Bob is a founding partner of Momentum which is a national provider of strategic facilities services to the financial industry and higher education. Strategic operations planning, strategic branch planning, design-build, construction management and long-term facilities investment analysis are hallmark services of the firm. The firm has been recognized for their unique approach in analyzing the return on investment (ROI) for workplace and operations centers, which involves weighting the measurement of several key efficiency factors pertaining to initial cost, life cycle cost, operational cost, sustainability, workflow improvements, staff collaboration, workplace effectiveness and shareholder value. The firm has delivered numerous LEED™ Certified and sustainably designed facilities and delivered the first WELL™ Certified Credit Union facility in the world. Bob is a frequent speaker in industry circles and he has been involved with the planning, design and construction management of hundreds of facilities throughout the US since 1983. Projects have included high performing branch and retail facilities, the development of world class operations and administrative centers, the implementation of campus master plan priority projects and academic, research and STEM facilities. Independent project values have ranged from $250K to $28MM. Having been trained as a Civil Engineer, Bob is a LEED Accredited Professional and he has achieved accreditation as a National Standard General Building Contractor (Class A) by the International Code Council. Bob has also served as the Responsible Managing Individual (RMI) in relationship to the firm\'s various state and regional contractor\'s licenses. Bob serves as a Board Member of the Fox Chapel Area School Authority and coached youth soccer for twenty two seasons. In his spare time, you will find him in his bicycle workshop and cycling the back roads.
