I am a civil engineer with over 40 years of experience with a highly specialized expertise in the fields of land development for residential, commercial, industrial, and capital improvement projects. This includes extensive experience in the municipal projects including serving as a City Engineer and independent plan check experience, contract administration, project budgets, project management, challenging capital design projects, resident engineer and construction management, bond exoneration and permit closures.My passion for engineering, the environment and client service has resulted in my establishment of guiding ethics and principles for all projects I management. I am the CEO of RJR Engineering & Consulting, Inc, that is a medium sized, employee-owned firm. RJR is built on the basic tenements of communication, customer service and performance to ensure that our clients receive services that are built on trust and transparency.My expertise on over 4,500 professional engineering projects has allowed a philosophy of innovation and proactive attitude that results in successful projects for our projects, even when other consultants are unable to find creative solutions in this challenging regulatory environment.In addition to the vast engineering experience, I have worked in the Non-Profit sector for several entities. Over the past 12 years, I have worked for EnviroCert International to re-structure and advance the environmental objectives internationally. This has included restructuring and advancing business, financial and marketing operations, as well as, technical development. ECI is currently in 43 countries and we are working to continue to expand into other countries. Finally, we are continuing to develop new certifications.
