ABOUT ROBERT UNSWORTH FINSTR
I have been specialized in Industrial Refrigeration for well over 30 years or so and especially in the field of the design of highly efficient systems and energy recovery, including heat pumps and their applications.Specialized in Natural refrigerants (because they are the only way forward for a sustainable future. There is no reason other than very short term commercial reason why they are not used in all applications. I have kids now and i would like to think I at least tried to sort this nonsense out by the time I leave this mortal coil! Rant over!) and the design, installation and control of equipment and systems to meet the ever varying requirements of our clients businesses.Having worked in this Industry for many years with the two largest Industrial Refrigeration manufacturers in the World, i have witnessed and continue to be surprized as to the progressive nature of this Industry as to its ability to drive continually to improve both our own equipment and the field of applications in which they are used to increase our Clients process efficiencies. Hopefully these days all my clients take for granted the Refrigeration/Heating/Utility expertise and more enjoy the fruits of applying this expertise in their own very particular processes, which to be honest is the most enjoyable aspect of my day to day work. I enjoy constantly pushing the boundaries of what we consider to be \"the norm\" in an attempt to drive innovation within our very competent team of professionals in a way which will benefit our clients Businesses. Progress is made moving forward, not standing still!Never one to sit back and just let things happen, i have a tad of a reputation with clients and colleagues alike for speaking my mind! We are all adults, if i can contribute i don\'t believe in letting things slide! It is illogical to have spent this much time and effort (by my clients, employers and me alike!) in gaining this much experience and sitting back and keeping quiet!(although i am sure sometimes others wished i would-)
