ABOUT ROBERT TYLER

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Supervisor with experience developing and delivering behavioral health services across hospital systems, community programs, and outpatient telehealth settings. My work focuses on improving access to care, strengthening interdisciplinary collaboration, and supporting individuals facing complex medical, behavioral health, and social barriers. I previously served as a Social Worker Case Manager II with Harris Health System, where I coordinated care across providers and community resources to improve treatment continuity and outcomes. Earlier in my career with BCFS Health and Human Services, I provided clinical services and advocacy for underserved populations, strengthening my foundation in trauma informed care, systems navigation, and integrated service delivery.In addition to my health system experience, I operate a telehealth psychotherapy practice providing treatment for anxiety, trauma related concerns, and relationship challenges, while also supervising clinicians and supporting structured treatment planning aligned with evidence based approaches. My professional interests include behavioral health program development, population health strategy, clinical supervision, and expanding access to high quality mental health services across diverse communities in the greater Houston area. I am especially motivated by opportunities to lead teams, strengthen service systems, and contribute to scalable behavioral health initiatives that improve both patient outcomes and organizational effectiveness.
