Lead the Global Procurement team in Calgary and China, Planning and Scheduling, Logistics Calgary and China, and Warehousing.* Executed on executive-level SIOP, integrating demand, supply, and financial planning to optimize inventory, working capital, and customer service metrics across global operations.* Spearheaded seamless relocation to the new Hyperscale facility, maintaining 100% production continuity and on-time delivery, demonstrating operational excellence at scale.* Designed and executed strategic RFQ process for outbound freight, securing a key hyperscale client contract, ensuring on-time delivery, and generating $1M+ in revenue.* Optimized offsite and distributed capabilities, aligning volume capacity with operational and customer requirements without disruption to core operations.* Established UAE Importer of Record (IOR), enabling compliant, rapid shipment turnaround (<2 weeks), removing logistical barriers for international customers.* Negotiated and structured global carrier agreements across air, ocean, and trucking, achieving industry-leading cost efficiency (e.g,$2/lb. air freight) and scalability across multiple international locations.* Designed and implemented the USMCA compliance program, ensuring zero tariffs on all goods shipped into the United States, protecting margins and optimizing cross-border operations.
