   I joined Gibney, Anthony & Flaherty, LLP as a partner in February 2016 where I will continue my practice of advising employers on labor and employment law issues and representing employers in employment related disputes, including but not limited to matters involving employment discrimination, harassment, state and federal wage and hour laws, restrictive covenants and protection of employer proprietary information. I also will continue my active litigation practice, representing clients in disputes involving insurance coverage, breach of contract, ADA access, product liability, and other business related disputes.
