ABOUT ROBERT TONE

My career began with a challenge — a call from my grandfather to “do something extraordinary.” I answered that call by enlisting in the U.S. Navy, where I learned discipline, accountability, and the value of leading by example.After five years of service, I transitioned into manufacturing and found my passion for operations, process improvement, and team development. When told my experience as a veteran wasn’t enough for advancement, I earned both my bachelor’s degree and MBA while working full-time — proof that persistence and continuous learning pay off.Over the years, I’ve led multi-site operations and managed full P&L responsibility across several manufacturing organizations. My approach centers on developing people, improving systems, and driving measurable results through data, accountability, and collaboration.As Director of Operations at Satellite Suites, I’m focused on building scalable processes, empowering leaders, and creating a culture that thrives on improvement. My goal is simple: to help organizations and their people perform at their best — sustainably, and with purpose.
