I am a Chartered Land & Development Surveyor, Property Investor and Developer and have been involved in property for 18 + years. I formerly worked in CBRE’s Development Advisory and Valuation teams where I advised Public Sector clients and Private Investors/Developers on Land Acquisition & Disposal, Development Strategy and Town Centre Regeneration matters.I am now involved in the following businesses:RNT Property Group, consisting of- RNT Property Investors A value add property development/investment business investing in BTLs, HMOs, Commercial to Residential and trading strategies. We focus on properties where we can add value ie through a refurbishment programme, planning gains or solving complex problems. To fund our acquisitions and developments we work with private investors and can offer competitive fixed returns or joint venture opportunities- RNT Consultancy I advise public and private sector clients on matters such as strategic land acquisitions, securing public sector funding, unlocking complex brownfield/regeneration sites, market engagement and managing technical de-risking processes.
