I am a highly qualified expert in the areas of vocational rehabilitation, life care planning and evaluation of economic damages. I have been retained in thousands of cases and have given over depositions and testified as an expert in more than 100 jury trials across the United States and Canada. My areas of focus are in Earning Capacity Evaluation, Life Care Planning, Vocational Rehabilitation and Forensic Economics in cases involving personal injury, claims of medical negligence, products liability, labor and employment and domestic relations. While my practice is focused in the 13 Western States, I am frequently retained in cases venued in the midwest and eastern United States, as well. I am also retained in cases involving citizens of other countries who may have sustained personal injury during visits to the United States. Specialties: Complex cases involving traumatic brain injury, spinal cord injury, multiple amputation, multiple injuries and class action cases with multiple plaintiffs; specific expertise in damages assessment of children and adolescents
