Project manager role for Royal Bank of Scotland International (RBSI), NatWest Group. The project manager role was to coordinate RBSI\'s readiness to handle negative interest rates for sterling currency. The project was a group wide managed project with the goal of meeting the PRA\'s deadline of August 2021. I managed a team of four contractors and I was responsible for the project deliverables described below- Participate in the Group wide project and provide updates on project milestones, risks and issues- Working with Technology, system owners and SMEs to evaluate each systems ability to handle negative interest rates- Assess Technology changes, involvement in testing and ensure business readiness for the system and process change when negative interest rates were introduced- Coordinate the RBSI working group with key stakeholders and provide project status updates- Obtain business sign off from stakeholders on RBSI readiness ahead of the PRA deadline- Prepare the Schedule of Events for negative interest rate implementation across the business- Continue to work on the backlog of work post the Aug-21 deadline to address any remaining gaps
