I am a United States Naval Academy graduate with a bachelor of science in quantitative economics and over 9 years of leadership experience, including seven years of program and project management experience. While at the Naval Academy, I was an NCAA Division 1 Varsity Water Polo Team member and was selected by my coaches and peers to team captain the 2016 team. Upon graduation, I was commissioned as a Surface Warfare Officer, leading teams of over 300 personnel in challenging and dynamic environments. I completed seven deployments throughout my career while stationed in San Diego, Spain, and Japan, gaining invaluable experience and expertise. Whether it was driving naval warships, leading a division of sailors, strengthening relations with our foreign allies, or managing many different programs, I leveraged in-depth technical knowledge and utilized effective decision-making to manage risk and ensure mission success.

   Pioneered a $3.5M annual NAVSEA digital transformation project, leading a cross-functional team of consultants, analysts, and data scientists; expanded the team from 7 to 10 by securing client confidence and additional analyst headcount, ensuring delivery of mission-critical solutions on time and within scope- Launched NAVSEA’s first machine learning program, architecting 4 production models (XGBoost, Gradient Boosted Trees, ALS) and a data pipeline spanning 17 sources. The solution enabled predictive analytics and transparency across demand, workload, lead times, and inventory, increasing on-time delivery from 72% to 93%- Accelerated $180M in Navy growth opportunities, developing account strategies for PACFLT and NAVSEA through competitive market analysis, which enhanced decision-making for senior leadership and positioned the account for sustained expansion.
