My passions include improving performance and innovation in higher education. My focus is on achieving better learning outcomes and experiences for students. I am a leader in higher education serving over 120 faculty members plus staff while also teaching my own classes (12 courses per academic year) and mentoring my own advisees. The challenges include accreditation, budgeting, conflict resolution, and improving classroom performance.
