ABOUT ROBERT STYLES
Robert is a globally respected materials and product executive with over three decades of leadership across performance textiles, design integration, strategic sourcing, and global operations. As Head of Supply Chain Integration, Product & Materials at Jockey International, he launched industry-first innovation platforms, established comprehensive compliance systems, and helped architect the company’s long-term sourcing strategy. Robert’s leadership blends creative orchestration with operational fluency—translating brand, design, and merchandising priorities into scalable, resilient, and globally aligned supply chain solutions. His work has bridged continents and competencies: leading and building sourcing offices in Hong Kong and Sri Lanka, mentoring global teams, and embedding testing, traceability, and sustainability metrics across tiers and timelines. As a key member of Jockey’s Strategic Sourcing Group and Forward Sourcing Steering Committee, Robert was instrumental in shaping multi-year product and country platform strategies. He led bi-annual Global Supply Chain Summits—curating high-stakes content, facilitating cross-functional alignment, and turning macro market signals into action. In parallel, he developed and implemented Jockey’s traceability and chemical compliance policies, actively partnering with AAFA and OEKO-TEX® to stay ahead of evolving regulatory demands. Robert also drove alternate sourcing and resilience initiatives in response to geopolitical risk—safeguarding continuity while positioning Jockey’s sourcing ecosystem for long-term agility and ethical accountability. What sets Robert apart is his ability to unite complexity, creativity, and commercial clarity across every layer of the product journey. He brings the rigor of an operator, the curiosity of a scientist, and the lens of a storyteller—making him an indispensable partner in building ecosystems that last, scale, and inspire.
