Accountabilities: The ideal candidate is a seasoned UX leader with extensive professional experience in UX Design and leading the UX practice. This individual is an SME in applying UX design and design thinking process to drive technology innovation that delivers intuitive yet practical solutions to our IT/business users. He/She will be the internal UX leader, continue to drive UX adoption through the UX Center of Enablement Program by expanding the UX community footprint, acting as an internal UX agency, and establishing UX literacy by delivering self-enablement UX resources and facilitating training.
