   Working out of our Austin office I\'m currently responsible for helping to improve our experienced software engineering hiring pipeline. I identify which teams need growth, help with co-op/intern hiring goals and find the best possible talent to enable teams to actively meet their goal. Working with our recruiting team and managers to identify internship and full time growth goals for the year across offices and teams. I mentor our newest cross-functional teams at the company and see them develop and deploy new features to our customers.Most recently I\'ve started to generate internal tooling to help manage our growing software organization to enable our leaders to have the data they need to make quick, accurate decisions.
