Utilize R packages, Python modules and standalone programs including Xcalibur and METASPACE to annotate compounds, conduct statistical analyses, and visualize data. Conduct independent multidisciplinary work to develop metabolic atlases of plants, including sorghum with new MALDI sample preparation methods for detecting metabolites and analyzing complex tissues. Write journal articles, white papers, and present findings at leading conferences.
