   As a member of American Society of Appraisers one of my primary objectives is to ensure best practices, ethical conduct and professionalism on my part and the greater ASA community. The Society is diligent in its efforts to strengthen and uphold its Principles of Appraisal Practice and Code of Ethics. I’ve performed and directed valuation studies for tax reporting, financial accounting purposes and in support of financial and international tax planning needs. I focus on helping companies meet the needs of their clients and stakeholders, by managing near time challenges as well as developing long-term strategies that position them to weather downturns, yield outsized returns at the peak and meet sustainability expectations. I’ve worked with clients across 30 countries and also hold extensive valuation experience for litigation purposes. I’ve served as an expert witness in the Iran-United States Tribunal in The Hague, The Netherlands; the District Courts of the States of Alabama, Louisiana and Pennsylvania; the Northern California and Northern Ohio districts of the United States Bankruptcy Court and the Indiana, Illinois and Michigan Property Tax Courts. I hold a BSC in Accounting and Finance from Miami University.
