Flight Simulator Technician – United Parcel Service (UPS)As a Flight Simulator Technician at UPS, I maintain and repair some of the most advanced Level D full-flight simulators and training devices in the aviation industry. Our simulators support pilot training for UPS’s global fleet, including Boeing 757, 767, 747, MD-11, and Airbus A300 aircraft.I specialize in:Troubleshooting and repairing CAE Level D simulators, as well as simulators built by Opinicus and Thales.Diagnosing electronic, computer, hydraulic, motion, and visual systems down to the component level.Ensuring maximum simulator uptime and FAA regulatory compliance to support mission-critical pilot training.Collaborating with instructors, pilots, and technical teams to deliver high-quality, reliable training experiences.With a strong foundation in programming, electronics and simulator systems, I take pride in ensuring that UPS’s training simulators operate at peak performance—directly contributing to the safety and success of UPS’s worldwide aviation operations.
