About Robert Soto

My career has always centered around the people I serve. Schneider associates are the source of my inspiration and passion. From past and current leaders and teams, they have continuously brought me enthusiasm in the various roles I’ve held at Schneider for the past 29 years and counting.I am privileged to visit Schneider’s various locations to check in on teams and see their work and progress. My goal is to ensure they have what they need to succeed. I also assist with onboarding new associates with Schneider’s culture, values, and philosophies. I hold feedback sessions and listen intently for ways to improve and advocate for an even better associate experience. I foster and embody servant leadership, and I believe great associates help Schneider become an even greater company.I am proud to have helped Schneider support associates through COVID in 2020. I ensured our associates (and their families) felt supported and taken care of during a very stressful and concerning period. I am very proud to say that work (with many others involved) resulted in earning the 2020 Orange Heart Presidential Award. The award is one of my proudest moments at Schneider.Outside of work, you\'ll find me fly fishing cold, clean water for trout. I relish the thought of being out on the water, with my son or brother, catching wild trout on the fly. I am also training for a half marathon with my two military veteran brothers and our spouses.Semper Fi
