Ever since I have started working I have started at the bottom and worked my way up. At my first job I learned the value of creating preference. The idea of preference is something that needs to run through the whole company. It is similar to people taking pride in there own work. The biggest thing when it comes to communicating with employees is figuring out how they communicate. This will help create a better understanding of the information they are giving you. This will lead to greater transparency and I believe better results.
