U.S. Navy retired, served on five ships, qualified Engineering Officer of the Watch (EOOW) 1200 and 600 PSI, U.S. Navy Police, Treasure Island S.F, M-Division Chief, Master Training Specialist, selected from the top 1% of Navy Chiefs to serve as a COMNAVSURFPAC Engineering Mobile Training Team (MTT) Member. Former Senior Engineer for TCS, contracted by NAVSEA PMS 380 Ship Transfer Division. Trained Taiwan Navy officers and enlisted to operate purchased U.S. Navy Ships. In the power generation utilities field, I worked my way up from an Auxiliary Operator to my current position as Plant Director with over 18 years experience managing power plants at the Plant Manager/Director Level. Outstanding safety and compliance record with a solid history of leading teams to success. Qualified to assume roles as Plant Director, Plant Manager, O&M Manager and Training Programs Director/Manager. Willing to assume roles of greater responsibility and accountability.
