With over 20 years in telecom, wireless and contact center background, I have used my technical strength and extensive knowledge to excel in many different positions. Technology and innovation has been the one core that has been consistent throughout. Currently at OptConnect, I am constantly looking at businesses, seeing how they work and finding ways to make measurable impacts to the business. Whether it is streamlining processes in the day to day operations that have become too laborious to manage, by making them more efficient vs the latest science projects that may need built, customized or be measured remotely using a wireless solution(s). I have had many successes in showing companies how to use wireless technology or new software, not as a burden, but as tools to become a better business in whatever their specialty is in.
