   Manage the workflow and daily activities of 7 full time employees in all operational and portfolio analytics aspects of Commercial Lending, Residential Lending and Consumer Lending. Includes: Team development, mentoring staff, cross training, efficiency and personal achievement. • Liaised for the review, coordination and facilitation of all Loan Compliance Regulations and Annual External / Internal Reviews, including three OCC Exams, four Federal Home Loan Bank of New York Exams and multiple Audit and Compliance Exams. Most notably during the 2013 CRA Review a “High Satisfactory” Rating for Lending and Services Tests of the Exam. • Developed and implemented procedures, workflows and efficiencies within the Loan Administration Division pertaining to; Insurance Tracking, Documentation, pre- and post-closing review(s), payment processing, shadow accounting, account ticklers, data integrity and miscellaneous ad-hoc reporting. • Implemented monthly Stress Testing on the Bank’s Commercial Real Estate (CRE) Loan Portfolio which included a Management Summary presented to the Loan Committee and Board of Directors. The module stresses the entire portfolio as well as individual segments by stressing the Loan-To-Value and Debt Service Coverage Ratio. • Responsible for the creation of the quarterly calculation, loan related Call Reporting Schedules, 10-Q & 10-K reporting and loan related Press Release information. • System Administrator and liaison across multiple lines of business for the accounting system (Fiserv) and third party service providers. Includes ensuring that the Bank is utilizing full functionality of these software packages, reducing operational risk and adhering to Bank policy and procedures. • Member of the Compliance Committee, CRA Committee, Loan Committee, Loan & Discount Committee, Information Technology Committee and Product Development Committee and two time President’s Award Winner.
