I am a design engineer with over 30 years of experience in developing electromagnetic solutions for complex system challenges. I am an expert in the field of High Temperature Superconducting (HTS) magnets.I have designed and built several magnetic resonance systems (spectroscopy NMR, MRI, borehole NMR, dynamic nuclear polarization), and more recently specialized in the design of HTS magnets for magnetic confinement fusion devices (eg: tokamaks and stellarators), and the application of HTS magnet technology to a wide range of commercial applications.
