ABOUT ROBERT SINGLETON
Robert Singleton is the firm’s Director of eDiscovery & Data Management and a member of the Squire Patton Boggs’ eDiscovery & Data Management Team. As such, he concentrates his practice on electronic discovery and related issues. Mr. Singleton acts as the firm’s resource for clients and attorneys on matters involving electronic discovery and the production of electronically stored information. He works closely with clients to develop strategic discovery plans that enable an efficient and defensible collection, processing, review, and production of electronically stored information in a timely manner. Mr. Singleton also sits on various clients’ internal e-discovery committees to assist the clients in addressing and resolving concerns regarding data management, data preservation, data collection, vendor selection, and other e-discovery-related issues. Further, Mr. Singleton negotiates, on behalf of clients, discovery protocols in active litigation matters. Additionally, Mr. Singleton heads up the Squire Patton Boggs\' efforts to develop best practices in the e-discovery arena. He has created and overseen the development of various forms and checklists used to manage, identify, preserve, collect, process, review, and produce electronically stored information. Mr. Singleton is an active member of The Sedona Conference Working Group on Electronic Document Retention and Production, as well as The Sedona Conference Working Group on International Electronic Information Management, Discovery, and Disclosure.
