Mr Shoaf has served as project manager and/or designer of more than 60 water and wastewater projects. Mr Shoaf is a renown expert in reverse osmosis softening and has been involved with the detailed design of 20 membrane plants. Mr. Shoaf also is expert in water treatment regulations, water plant evaluations, and membrane or conventional filter evaluations/inspections. Mr Shoaf has significant experience in the design of elevated storage tanks, booster stations, wastewater lift stations, and all aspects of water/wastewater treatment including rate studies/evaluations.Mr. Shoaf is a registered professional engineering in the states of Ohio, Indiana, Kentucky, Louisiana, and California and is a Certified Class Water Supply Operator in Ohio, willing to partner with clients and consulting firms to create excellent value for each client.
