About Robert Sherard
Over thirty years of management experience that includes plan development, operations management, resource management, budgeting and collaboration building; with the last seventeen years focused on all hazards emergency management/homeland security, public health emergency preparedness and military support to civilian authorities (MSCA) missions. Experience working with members of the Wind River Indian Reservation (WRIR), as well as established relationships with county homeland security/emergency management coordinators, and representatives of Executive Branch agencies who are responsible for emergency preparedness planning and operations. Firsthand knowledge of the value volunteers brings to Wyoming through active involvement in the Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) and Fire Corps programs of Citizen Corps.
