The Energy Resource Plan Program (ERP) is a series of upgrades to the transmission lines and substations surrounding the Denver and Texas areas. Projects scope includes overhead and underground conductor, substationuprates and line terminations in sequence across 19 functional locations over 5 years. Also includes a new build 765kV transmission line involving two new substations at minimum crossing the border between Texas and New Mexico.This involves installing 375 miles of new transmission lines, totaling >$5B. • Develops and manages integrated schedules in Primavera P6 for multi-phase substation and T-line construction projects.• Runs interactive planning sessions with project stakeholders including managers, engineers, and field teams to align timelines within resource availability, permitting, and regulatory requirements.• Conducts schedule risk analysis and provides mitigation strategies to maintain critical path integrity.• Facilitates weekly schedule reviews and progresses updates with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders.• Sends out weekly reports, including all remaining and lookahead schedules to the project team and actively pursues stakeholder input.
