Managing a team for MJ Quinn\'s, working on the Olympic project, supporting BT Operate, employing a number of engineers throughout the UK installing, commissioning and integrating PABX equipment (Avaya IP Office, BT Quantum and Nortel BCM 50) and Cisco equipment within the enterprise sector. This was completed at the end of September 2012, after this I did a short stint in the recruitment division for MJ Quinn’s exciting expansion into working with BT Openreach on managed installations and provision. Before moving back to the telecoms division managing, engineering and planning special projects for BT and Huawei\'s telecommunications and enterprise divisions.Including planning, engineering and managing a bid for the installation of a new GPON fibre optic network for the Barbican Estate in the heart of London\'s business and finance area and engineering, planning and managing our DC power and fixed line business with Huawei whilst continuing to manage our BT fixed line and data centre special projects.
